Based on the input data, SÜSIK estimates the amount of carbon sequestered in the forest.
The calculator uses established scientific models, which are based on long-term monitoring of different types of forests.
The models are developed at The Estonian University of Life Sciences under the ECOLOOP project funded by Horizon Europe.
